Phase II Manufacturing Project of Mettler Toledo (Changzhou) Measurement Technology Co., Ltd. (MTCT2)

Project Overview:
The MT project adopts a semi–steel–concrete composite structure, with a total tonnage of 535 tons. The project consists of individual buildings including: Building 04# (factory building) 426 tons, Building 05# (auxiliary building) 21 tons, Building 06# (warehouse) 25 tons, and Building 02# (bicycle shed) 63 tons.
Building 04# is divided into façade structures, interior first-floor structures, interior second-floor structures, interior staircases, exterior staircases, canopies, corridor structures, and more than 15 individual substructures.
Building 05# is divided into façade structures and canopy structures.
Building 06# is divided into façade structures, canopy structures, and guard tower façade structures.
Building 02# (bicycle shed) is a full steel structure.
Most wall enclosure systems adopt box panels + rock wool + glass wool + secondary purlins + TB36 external panels, while some areas adopt rock wool + TB36 external panels.

Construction Schedule:Site entry on August 1, 2025, and project completion on March 30, 2026.
