The High- and Low-Voltage Industrial Motor and Components Manufacturing Project of WEG (Jiangsu) Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. is a wholly foreign-owned investment project. The project has a total gross floor area of approximately 30,000 square meters and a building height of 12.1 meters. Upon completion, the facility will focus on the research and development, manufacturing, and sales of electric motors and electrical equipment, achieving an annual production capacity of up to 1,000,000 units of high- and low-voltage industrial motors at full operation.

The main structure of the project consists of a single-story, large-span steel structure factory building, incorporating multiple functional units such as warehouses, production workshops, and aluminum die-casting workshops. The maximum structural span exceeds 36 meters, classifying the project as a high-risk large-scale engineering project. H-section steel columns are adopted and connected using anchor bolts to ensure overall structural stability.

Both the wall panels and roof panels utilize a double-layer profiled metal panel composite insulation system, providing excellent thermal performance while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The roof is specially designed with ventilation monitors and daylighting strips, significantly enhancing natural lighting and ventilation within the facility. This design creates a bright and fresh production environment and fully aligns with green construction principles and environmental protection requirements.
