Project Description:
·This steel structure project adopts a steel frame structural system, with a total height of 13.3 meters. The building grid dimensions are 97 m × 57 m, with a total construction area of approximately 5,529 square meters. The building comprises two stories.
·The main structural members consist of steel columns made of Q355B steel and steel beams also made of Q355B steel. The total steel consumption is approximately 990 tons. The galvanized profiled steel decking area is approximately 11,000 square meters.
·The project uses anchor-bolt column bases, with the base elevation of steel columns at –0.55 m. The maximum length of a single steel column is approximately 14 meters.
·The total quantity of torsional shear type high-strength bolts is approximately 18,000 sets.
·Steel structures are treated with one coat of red oxide alkyd primer and alkyd intermediate paint for corrosion protection. According to the design drawings, fireproof coating is applied. No finish coat is applied to the steel components.
·The roof system adopts a flexible roofing system and will be constructed by a specialized roofing contractor; therefore, it is not described in this plan.
