Project Name: Annual Production of 20,000 Sets of Hyundai Elevator Products Project

Project Description: The Test Tower Center has a length of 49 meters and a width of 27 meters, with a total gross floor area of 1,323 m². The structure weighs approximately 520 tons, with a tower height of 179 meters. The structural system is a steel–reinforced concrete composite structure. The steel columns are composite (rigid) columns, and the steel beams are H-shaped steel sections. The exterior of the beams and columns is encased in reinforced concrete.

Project Challenges: The project is characterized by a small footprint and an extreme height of 179 meters (classified as a super high-rise structure). Construction involves complex techniques and stringent safety requirements. During construction, it is necessary to overcome unfavorable factors such as poor structural stability associated with super-high-rise conditions, high construction risk, and adverse weather conditions.
