Project Name: Schindler (China) Elevator Co., Ltd. Jiading No. 4 Plot Project

Project Overview:
The total building area is approximately 8,200 m². The workshop has a length of 179.5 meters and a width ranging from 32 to 45 meters, with a building height of 11.95 meters. The total steel consumption is approximately 1,860 tons.
·Structural form: single-storey steel structure.
·Steel columns: box-section columns.
·Steel beams: truss structure.
·Foundation type: socket (cup-type) foundation.
·Horizontal roof bracing and inter-column bracing are arranged in both transverse and longitudinal directions to form a stable steel frame system.

Enclosure System:
·Roof: 0.5 mm steel deck (reinforced profiled floor deck)
·Walls: 2.0 mm thick galvanized Z-shaped secondary purlins
·External wall panels: 0.5 mm / 825-type corrugated horizontal panels, Al-Zn coated, self-cleaning panels

Project Challenges:
As a foreign-invested project, it features stringent safety requirements and a complex structural system. The box-section columns with socket foundations impose high precision requirements on alignment and positioning control during steel column erection.
