Annual Production of 50,000 Sets of Ultra-High-Performance Fluid Control Precision Components Project – Plot A (Jiangyin Hongyuan)

Project Overview:
This project is located in Zhouzhuang Town, Jiangyin City, east of Qingxi River, south of Chengxiqiao Road, west of Dongfeng Road, and north of Tianhong Road. The project consists of two separate buildings: Workshop 1 and Workshop 2.
Workshop 1 has a length of 210 meters, a width of 52 meters, and a parapet height of 20.6 meters.
Workshop 2 has a length of 210 meters, a width of 66 meters, and a parapet height of 14 meters.
The total gross floor area is 24,945.52 square meters, with a typical single span of approximately 27 meters. The total steel structure weight is approximately 2,000 tons. Steel materials are selected in accordance with design requirements, primarily Q355B and Q235B. The roof system adopts a single-layer color steel sheet lightweight steel roof, while the wall system consists of light steel purlins with double-layer color steel sheets on both the interior and exterior sides.
