Project Overview:
This project is located in Chengdong Subdistrict, Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, bounded by Keji Avenue to the east, Chengzhang Highway to the south, and Yanghuan Road to the north. The total gross floor area of the project is approximately 18,016 m². It includes two steel-structure factory buildings, namely Workshop No. 3 and Workshop No. 4.

Workshop No. 3 has a building area of 7,520 m², with a length of 128 m, a width of 63 m, and an eave height of 26 m. The column spacing is 7.4 + 14 @ 8 + 7.4 m. The single spans are 21 m, 24 m, and 18 m, respectively. The column bases adopt socket-type foundations, and the columns are composite lattice steel columns. The roof uses solid-web steel beams. Transverse and longitudinal bracing is provided for both roof bracing and inter-column bracing, forming a stable rigid frame system.

Workshop No. 4 has a building area of 2,395 m², with a length of 64 m, a width of 32 m, and an eave height of 17 m. The column spacing is 7.4 m and 8 m, and the single span is 32 m. The column bases are anchored with anchor bolts, and H-section steel columns are used. The roof adopts solid-web steel beams, with a longitudinal and transverse bracing system. A partial mezzanine floor is included.

The total steel structure weight of this project is approximately 1,200 tons. The steel materials selected according to the design requirements include Q355B, Q355C, and Q235B.
