Shanghai Asanuma Cosmetics Co., Ltd. New Plant Construction Project

The New Plant Construction Project of Shanghai Asanuma Cosmetics Co., Ltd. is a wholly foreign-owned investment project. The total gross floor area is 26,000 square meters, with a building height of 18.8 meters. Upon completion, the facility will focus on the research and development, production, and sales of cosmetics.

The main structure of the project adopts a multi-story steel frame system, with certain areas comprising two- and three-story structures. The steel columns are designed as box-section, multi-segment columns, which significantly increase the difficulty of on-site installation. During erection, strict control is required over the alignment accuracy, elevation, and verticality of the upper and lower column segments, placing high technical demands on construction personnel.

The floor system utilizes a combination of steel truss deck plates and shear studs, which improves construction efficiency while ensuring the required structural load-bearing capacity. The exterior walls are constructed with 50 mm thick prefabricated rock wool sandwich panels, offering fire resistance, thermal insulation, and sound absorption and insulation. As factory-prefabricated products, these panels can be installed directly upon delivery to the site, substantially enhancing construction efficiency.

The roof structure consists of thermal insulation and a single-layer profiled metal sheet. The roofing panels adopt a 180° standing seam system, which not only enhances waterproof performance but also significantly improves resistance to wind uplift.
