Mingguang SKSHU Project of Anhui SKSHU Paint Co., Ltd.
The project is located in Mingguang City, Chuzhou City, with a total gross construction area of approximately 13,900 m².

According to the structural configuration, the project is divided into three individual buildings:
Main Furniture New Materials Plant
Located in the 1–21 gridline zone, with a gridline length of 173.3 meters and a column spacing of 9 meters. The building is 72 meters wide with two continuous spans. The building area is 12,478 m². The parapet top elevation is 15 meters. The roof adopts a double-ridge, four-slope configuration. The roofing system consists of double-layer panels with concealed purlins, with thermal insulation placed between the layers.

Outdoor Large Canopy
Located in the 22–23 gridline zone, with a gridline length of 19.3 meters and a width of 72 meters. It is a full steel structure. The roof adopts a single-layer panel system without thermal insulation.

Indoor Steel Platform
Located at the intersection of gridlines 1–2 and D–J, with an area of approximately 800 m². The platform has two levels and adopts a full steel structure. Steel decking is installed at each floor level, with cast-in-place concrete poured over the decking.
