Project Name: XDG-2024-91 Plot Wuxi National Sensor Network Innovation Demonstration Zone Sensor Park Project

This project consists of five sub-projects. The construction unit for this phase is Unit 11#. This unit serves as a roadshow center and is classified as a public building, with a total gross floor area of 2,104 m². The project is located on the northeast side of the intersection of Huaqing Avenue and Guanshan Road, Wuxi Economic Development Zone (Phase II of the National Sensor Park).

This project adopts a frame structure. The steel columns are stiffened columns, and the steel beams are solid-web H-shaped steel beams. The exterior steel beams feature curved profiles, which impose very high fabrication requirements. The roof canopy is a cantilevered structure. The total tonnage of the main steel structure is 807 tons. The exterior walls adopt an aluminum panel wind-chime curtain wall system. This type of curtain wall connects approximately 23,000 aluminum panels fabricated as wind-chime pieces in series through stainless steel cables or metal columns, fixed on one side only to restrict movement to a single direction. The arrangement of the wind-driven panels may be overlapping or spaced. In the overlapping arrangement, the wind-chime panels collide with each other in the wind, producing a crisp sound; the spaced arrangement appears lighter, with a more pronounced flowing visual effect.
