Project Name: Clariant Specialty Chemicals (Zhenjiang) Co., Ltd. Project for Annual Production of 2,400 Tons of Wax Powder and 2,000 Tons of Polymer Additives
Project Address: Chemical Industrial Park, Dagang New District, Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province.
The building area is approximately 3,800 m². This project is a foreign-invested chemical project. The structure is a combination of steel and concrete: columns, floor beams, and slabs are all reinforced concrete structures, while the primary and secondary roof structures are steel structures. The overall structure is mainly single-story with partial multi-story areas. The roof beams are solid-web H-shaped steel beams. Horizontal roof bracing is provided in both transverse and longitudinal directions to form a stable steel frame system.
Envelope System:
·Roof Outer Panel: Hot-dip aluminum-zinc coated high-durability polyester-coated steel sheet; base metal thickness 0.60 mm; minimum yield strength 300 MPa; aluminum-zinc coating weight on both sides not less than 150 g/m². The front side of the steel sheet is coated with 5 μm epoxy primer and 20 μm high-durability polyester (HDP) topcoat; the back side is coated with 5 μm epoxy primer and 5 μm resin topcoat.
·Thermal Insulation: Pink centrifugal glass wool with aluminum foil (F40, thermal conductivity 0.033 W/m·K, density 14 kg/m³), thickness 100 mm.
·Roof Inner Panel: 0.4 mm / Q-900 profile / aluminum-zinc coated / PE coating.
·Wall Outer Panel: 0.6 mm / aluminum-zinc coated / PVDF coating.
·Thermal Insulation: Pink centrifugal glass wool with aluminum foil (F40, thermal conductivity 0.033 W/m·K, density 14 kg/m³), thickness 75 mm.
·Wall Inner Panel: 0.4 mm / Q-900 profile / aluminum-zinc coated / PE coating.
