Project Overview:
This project comprises three individual buildings: Workshop 1 (building area approx. 7,560 m², steel consumption approx. 200 tons); Workshop 2 (building area approx. 9,720 m², steel consumption approx. 250 tons); Workshop 3 (building area approx. 3,665 m², steel consumption approx. 150 tons).
This project is a conventional industrial plant adopting independent foundations. The main structural system is a concrete–steel frame, with reinforced concrete columns (strength grade: C30). The roof system adopts a light steel roof combined with photovoltaic panels, and the wall system adopts light steel purlins with a rock wool sandwich panel enclosure structure. The primary materials include welded H-shaped steel beams and purlins, with material grade Q355B; crane girders and bracing members use material grade Q235B. The eaves elevation is 16.95 meters.

Construction Period:
Construction commenced on August 30, 2021, and was completed on May 30, 2022.
