Almaden Fengyang Silicon Valley Intelligence Co., Ltd. Phase I

The project is located in Fengyang County, Chuzhou City, and is divided into Phase I and Phase II.

Phase I comprises 10 individual units: the homogenization workshop, raw material warehouse, cullet warehouse, melting section, forming section, annealing section, finished product section, cullet corridor, power plant, and deep processing workshop. The total building area is 95,000 m², with a building height of 12 meters. The structures adopt a steel frame system with a maximum span of 44 meters. Column bases are anchored with base bolts, and the columns use H-shaped steel. Roofs are constructed with solid-web steel beams and include longitudinal and transverse bracing systems. Some areas feature mezzanine floors. Roof assembly consists of steel wire, facing panels, insulation cotton, single-layer color steel tiles, and photovoltaic panels, while wall assembly consists of vertical secondary purlins and horizontally-installed color steel tiles.
The total steel weight for Phase I is approximately 7,500 tons. Steel materials were selected according to design requirements, primarily using Q345B and Q235B steel.
Phase II comprises 7 individual units: the homogenization workshop, raw material warehouse, cullet warehouse, calendering joint workshop, cullet corridor, power plant, and two warehouses. The total building area is 143,800 m², with a building height of 12 meters. The steel frame structure, maximum span of 44 meters, column bases anchored with base bolts, and H-shaped steel columns are consistent with Phase I. Roof construction uses solid-web steel beams with longitudinal and transverse bracing, and some areas include mezzanine floors. Roof maintenance consists of steel wire, facing panels, insulation cotton, single-layer color steel tiles, and photovoltaic panels, while walls consist of vertical secondary purlins and horizontally-installed color steel tiles.
The total steel weight for Phase II is approximately 11,000 tons, with steel materials selected according to design requirements, primarily using Q345B and Q235B steel.

Construction Period:
Construction began on March 1, 2019, and was completed on September 30, 2022.
