Project Name: Lycored Food Additives (Changzhou) Co., Ltd – Dedicated Plant Building Project

This project is located in the Wujin Development Zone, Changzhou, and is a food additive project introduced by the Wujin Development Zone. It is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise (Israel).

The project consists of four zones: A, B, C, and D.
·Zone A is a single-storey building with a steel structure portal frame system.
·Zone B is a two-storey building with a mixed steel portal frame and steel frame structural system.
·Zone C is a three-storey building with a steel frame structural system.
·Zone D is a single-storey building with a steel structure portal frame system.

The roofing system for all zones consists of:
0.5 mm Baosteel aluminum-zinc coated steel sheet (natural finish) + 12K / 100 mm aluminum-foil-faced ultrafine glass fiber insulation wool + 0.4 mm galvanized PE color-coated steel sheet.

For wall systems:
·Zone A walls consist of 0.5 mm Baosteel galvanized color steel sheet + 12K / 50 mm aluminum-foil-faced ultrafine glass fiber insulation wool + 0.4 mm galvanized PE color-coated steel sheet.
·Zones B and C walls consist of 0.5 mm Baosteel galvanized color steel sheet + 12K / 50 mm aluminum-foil-faced ultrafine glass fiber insulation wool, with partial VR laminate finishes.
·Zone D has no external walls.

Internal partition walls in Zone B and selected workrooms within Zone A use 100 mm rigid polyurethane sandwich panels.
The ceiling system in Zone B uses 100 mm rigid polyurethane sandwich panels.
Column cladding uses 50 mm rigid polyurethane sandwich panels.
Floor separation structures in Zones B and C adopt 1.0 mm galvanized steel deck plates.
