The project has an overall length of 190 meters and a width of 91 meters, covering a total site area of 20,000 square meters. The factory building adopts a double-layer insulated color steel panel system for the exterior walls.

The roof panels use 0.6 mm thick aluminum-zinc coated steel sheets with a coating weight of 150 g/m², uncoated natural finish, featuring a 360-degree standing seam system designed to withstand typhoons and heavy rainstorms.
