The total building area of the project is approximately 8,600 m². The workshop is 90.6 meters long and 95.4 meters wide, with spans of 35.8 m + 31.6 m + 28.0 m, and a bay spacing of 11.05 m. The building height is 17.5 m, with a total steel consumption of 1,123 tons. The structure is primarily single-story with partial multi-story areas.
The roof beams are solid-web H-section steel beams, with some local steel beams designed as truss structures. Column bases are anchored with anchor bolts. Steel columns consist mainly of solid-web H-section steel columns, with partial box-section steel columns. Horizontal roof bracing and inter-column bracing are arranged in both transverse and longitudinal directions to form a stable steel frame system.

Project Challenges:
This is a German-invested project. The structural system includes both H-section steel columns and box-section columns. The roof structure consists of H-section steel beams as well as truss-type steel beams assembled on site. There are also partial floor beams with inconsistent elevation levels, resulting in a complex structural system. Construction was carried out during winter, with low ambient temperatures and a minimum temperature of −20°C during the construction period. Under these harsh conditions, the company’s procurement, management, and construction teams worked closely together to overcome various unfavorable factors and successfully completed all contractual work on schedule, with assured quality, quantity, and safety, in full compliance with the contract requirements.
